Superb hospitality from the moment we arrived at the front gate of the Pei Mansion. After a detailed tour with explanation by the Butler about the history of the site, we were guided to one of the eleven private rooms. Exquisite produce and fantastic cooking. Every dish was on point. Their yellow croaker with Hua Diao was exceptional. Very good wine pairing based on the dishes ordered and the Somm would provide alternatives based on your likings.
